We will discuss the complexities of the field of family enterprise advising and hear first-hand how FEA designates have implemented key concepts from the program into their practice.
We will explain the qualifications required to be accepted into the FEA program and the application process. Details will also be provided on the course modules, family business team project, certification process and the benefits of being part of our FEA community.

Russel is the National Director of Education and Programing for the Family Enterprise Canada, she sets and drives the strategic initiatives for the Family Enterprise Advisor Program and Designation as well as custom advisor programs. Working closely with the FEA community, Russel helps them to build a collaborative learning and professional network in the family enterprise field.
Though Russel now calls Toronto, ON home she has not lost her appreciation of dry wit that stems from her British roots and finds humour, especially being able to laugh at oneself, essential when life throws too many curve balls.
Tim Mohr, Business Development Manager, FEA Program
Tim Mohr is the Business Development Manager of the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) Program at Family Enterprise Canada. Tim helps professional advisors to family enterprises augment their technical skills, showcase their dedication to their clients and their ability to bring timely and thoughtful solutions to the family table through the FEA Program.
